Why I Became a Coach
I combine coaching and consulting to holistically strengthen leadership. Coaching fosters inner clarity, presence, and self-confidence. In consulting, we develop sustainable structures and strategies. The goal is leadership that makes decisions – while also building trust.
My roots are in theater, later I led teams in media and tech companies, and today I teach in the field of change management. Experiences with power structures, doubts, and turning points continue to shape my work.
I have seen how leadership functions through pressure – and consciously chose a different path. I support leaders in finding their voice again and leading with clarity instead of loudness.

A little more about My Story
My career began on stage as an actress and media professional. There, I learned presence, conscious communication, and holding space – skills I bring to every coaching session today.
Later, I took on leadership roles in tech and media companies such as Bertelsmann / RTL Deutschland, ProSiebenSat.1, and Atos SE, and founded my own startup.
Since 2023, I have also been teaching Change Management and Quality Management at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich.
